  1. Introductions

  1. Accident & Near Miss Review (Workers’ Compensation)

    1. Brief summary of number and type of incidents reported since last meeting

    2. Discuss severity or potentially severe cases.

    3. Brief summary of number and type of accidents for the year to date/ Injury trends

  1. Standing reports:

    1. University Police

    2. EH&S

      1. Chemical Hygiene Plan – Has been accepted by SST

      2. Hazard Communication Program – updated

      3. RSS – Being implemented and training will begin with IST’s 

      4. Drinking Water Program – nothing new to report

      5. Implementing new Stormwater Permit/Plan

      6. Working on finalizing the process for SPCC

      7. Training matrix for EHS is in final draft

      8. Cart Safety Program – final draft phase.  We are working with those departments that have the majority of carts on campus for their feedback.

      9. Working to update additional safety programs – more to come.
