Mold Management

Mold is constantly present in the air we breathe, both indoors and outdoors. Although it is present everywhere we go, high levels of mold and certain types of mold can be hazardous, especially to people with underlying health conditions or mold sensitivities. The university takes our responsibility to keep everyone safe from the hazards of mold. However, mold management takes a team to identify, report, and fix the underlying causes of mold and remove mold colonies before they can present a health hazard.

The information in this plan and on this website can help you to identify mold, learn how to prevent mold, report mold or excessive moisture indoors, and learn how to clean mold effectively.
