    • Student Affairs: Increase in students registered for 23-24 with visual impairment, requires additional considerations for campus maintenance, including ensuring all bollards are replaced immediately after removal.
    • CSUEU - D. Mollo: non-SSU person (former student) using the 24 hour lab to take virtual classes, having significant issues with making a mess in the bathroom with urine outside the toilet; leaving a mess in the sink and in other common areas; IT wondering if there is a way to restrict access to only active students or how to correct behavior; T. Hill will bring to A&F senior leadership to discuss access rights
    • Teamsters - no report
    • HR/Labor - no report
    • No updates from Teamsters Union.

    • Safety of E Lot for Pedestrians:  J. Barnes brought forward concerns about the lack of a designated walkway from lot F to Lot E on the west side of E lot; there are historical issues here as the crosswalk was moved to accommodate event traffic considerations; prior study for a sidewalk was cost prohibitive due to irrigation issues for Person Lawn; D. Twedell will look into this and report back.
