Review of minutes from the previous month were approved with changes at 9:04 a.m.

Incident Review

Tiffany Perry reported two worker’s compensation report for prior month - trip and fall and floors issues

Missy Brunetta reported that there were no EHS issues that month.

Standing Reports

Karl Mortenson from the Sonoma State Police Department reported statistics from the Daily Crime Log which included peeping and prowling (unfounded), vandalism and theft, sexual assualt, fire in merlot, HVAC smoke incident, warrant arrest. Sgt Neal Mackenzie is retiring from Sonoma State on 06/01.

Brunetta reported that Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) delay of program review and continuing, completed mandatory reporting, and the medical waste annual report was submitted.

Dana Twedell shared that Facilities Management (FM) no updates for microgrid, KV switch winter 2022, new project installing knox boxes for fire marshall key boxes for install and hope to get done this summer.

Ryan Henne shared no updates for Housing.

Michael Eynon from Disability Services for Students shared that April is Disability Awareness month. DSS is hosting many programs for the month and would share with the group.

Ryan Jasen Henne from Student Affairs brought up putting reflective tape issue on end of the fence in Parking Lot J. Twedell would look into it.

Brunetta shared that the SafeSSU Committee has moved their campaign planning to the 2022-2023 academic year.

Dennis Goss from CSUEU had no updates.

Jordan Lundberg, Teamsters Safety Steward, had no updates.

Brunetta shared an update on COVID-19, which is currently surging in both Sonoma County and the state.

Brunetta provided updates regarding the June 2022 full-scale exercise, which will be held June 15 and 16, 2022.
